  • How to hire?

    Hiring is very easy! Create your account and try it for 3 days for free. If you like it, you can hire the plan that best fits your needs in Settings > My Plans or by calling our sales team on WhatsApp or email atendimento@agenciaturprofissional.com

  • Are AgênciaTur plans scalable?

    Yes, we offer several plans, from Bronze to Gold, with several advantage modules, to serve agencies of all sizes. You can start with a more basic plan and upgrade as your agency grows.

  • Is it possible to customize AgênciaTur chatbots?

    Yes, our chatbots are highly customizable. You can adjust scripts, responses, and workflows to meet your agency's specific needs.

  • How can I start using AgênciaTur?

    To get started, choose the plan that best meets your needs and register on our platform. We offer a trial version so you can try out our features before making a commitment.

  • Does AgênciaTur offer customer support?

    Yes, we offer customer support on all our plans, from email support at support@agenciaturprofissional.com to priority support via WhatsApp.

  • Does the cell phone need to be turned on?

    No! Through the new Multi Device technology, after scanning the Qr-Code, you don't need the internet or even leave your cell phone on if you want.

  • Do you have loyalty in your plans?

    Agência Tur Profissional does not have any type of grace period or loyalty in its plans. You contract and cancel whenever you want.

  • Are there any additional charges?

    About the plans NOT according to the chosen module following the plan rules.

  • Can I access via cell phone?

    YES, Agência Tur Profissional is a web system, meaning you can use it on both your computer and cell phone.

  • Can I lose my Whatsapp account?

    No! You do not run the risk of losing your account just by using Agência Tur Profissional. You can only be banned if you SPAM, in which case WhatsApp can block you, so it is recommended to follow WhatsApp guidelines.

  • How is data security?

    AgênciaTur uses robust security measures to protect user data, including encryption, firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Data is stored in the cloud on highly secure dedicated servers. If you leave the platform, the data in the Cloud no longer exists. Because it is only linked to your account.

  • Does it have a trial period?

    Agência Tur Profissional offers 3 days of free subscription to new users, a benefit that can only be used once. If you cancel your subscription before or after 3 days, you will not be entitled to another free trial.

  • Does the Tur Profissional agency have a physical office and CNPJ?

    With advanced technology, on the platform itself, you have the financial field, where you generate the payment QRCODE without complications.

  • Does AgênciaTur send a contract and issue an invoice?

    YES, Our platform is backed by a company that has been in the market for 12 years.

  • Do I need to have WhatsApp Business?

    It is not necessary to have Business! Our tool works perfectly with "normal" WhatsApp.

  • Do you have discounts or coupons?

    We know about all the efforts that agents and agencies make day to day.

  • Do I need to install any applications on my cell phone or PC?

    No! The AgênciaTur platform is completely online and works in SaaS mode. You only need a PC or cell phone with internet to access it.

  • What is a campaign?

    A WhatsApp campaign involves sending promotional or informational messages to a group of people as part of digital marketing.

  • What do you need to run a campaign?

    To create a campaign, import a contact list in CSV, assign an identification tag and configure the campaign message.

  • What can you send in a campaign?

    In a campaign, you can send text, emoticons, PNG or JPG images, variables such as the customer's name and email, videos, audio recorded on the spot, Gifs/stickers and contacts.

  • What is the sending limit for a campaign?

    Up to 250 messages per day, per instance, are recommended in campaigns, but it is possible to send more with a warm number and awareness of the recommendations.
